The lid of the box is a framed photograph/painting originated by Honduran artist Elmer Ciserón Bautista, who has been described as both post-cubist subrealist and post-cubist minimalist. Since his debut in 1991, he has exhibited his works in numerous countries and has been awarded the Julio Visquerra Regional Painting Prize and several other honors from the Honduran government.

The cover leaf is a tobacco of Ecuadorian origin grown in the sun. The inner leaf and binder are from Nicaragua. We find soft and creamy notes of cedar, nuts, leather and cocoa.
